Mission

The mission of the Solicitor General, Dan Bennett, Jr, and the Office of the Solicitor General of the State Court of Pierce County is to investigate, charge, and prosecute misdemeanor violations of Georgia Statutes and County Ordinances that occur in Pierce County.  The Solicitor General is charged with ensuring that all misdemeanor cases occurring in Pierce County are handled in a manner that ensures an efficient and equitable administration of justice.  The Solicitor General ensures that all persons involved in the criminal process are treated in a courteous and professional manner
