Pierce County, Georgia is actively seeking industrial recruitment for business' who wish to locate in our industrial park. The City of Blackshear has recently received funding to extend water and sewer services into our park. This will enhance our capabilties of securing industry to our area.

Pierce County is located 50 miles from Interstate 95, 69 Miles from Interstate 75, estimated one (1) hour from the Georgia Ports Authority in Savannah & Brunswick, 75 miles from Jacksonville-FL, and 9 miles from the second largest railroad classification facility in North America (Rice Yard- CSX).
